Can you hold a place before I apply?
Only if the application and screening are approved and the security deposit and first month's rent are received. -
Do I pay the first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
First month's rent and security deposit only. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
All occupants 18 years and older must submit an application. -
Is the deposit refundable?
If the property walk-through move-out check meets all criteria, otherwise any damages or delinquent balances will be deducted from the deposit or held in full. -
Who needs a cosigner?
We may accept a cosigner in the event that the applicant cannot qualify on their own. The cosigner must go through the same screening process and have the understanding that they must be able to fulfill the financial requirements for the applicant in addition to their own financial obligations. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
You may apply through Tenant Turner. -
How do I pay rent?
Online through your tenant portal, cash app, or money order. -
I want to get a pet. What should I do?
Each pet must be approved on a case-by-case basis, with a $500 non-refundable fee per pet. -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What should I do?
In order for us to remove you from the lease, your roommate must submit a new application so we can verify that they are able to qualify on their own. Once they are approved, then all parties would complete a lease addendum to remove a roommate. The administration cost for the addendum is $75. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What should I do?
We will need 60 days' written notice to not renew your lease. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
The owner will pay unless the issues are tenant-caused.
