How do I apply?

How much is the application fee?
$50 per adult over the age of 18 -
Do you require a security deposit?
Yes, $1,000 or the same as one month's rent if below $1,000 due at lease signing. -
When will I get my deposit back?
Based on the condition of the home upon final walk thru, and any rent balances still due, will determine you are eligible to receive -
How soon can I move in once I submit my RAFTA?
The property must pass inspection, all paperwork must be processed with your caseworker, deposit must be received, utility transfer initiated, and lease signed -
What appliances are provided?
A range and refrigerator are provided, you are welcome to bring your own appliances -
How do I submit maintenance requests?
Through your tenant portal. -
What is considered an emergency?
Fire, break-ins, large water leaks, power outages -
How quickly are maintenance issues handled?
Issues are handled in the order that they are received, please do not submit multiple requests for the same issue -
How do I pay my rent?
Through your tenant portal, mailing in a money order, or Cash App (must provide address in memo)
